A comprehensive self-help guide, drawing on extensive experience from the authors’ own successful clinic. Real-life case studies are used to highlight practical solutions not just for common physical symptoms of the menopause (e.g. hot flushes) but for emotional ones too, enabling you not only to survive this major transition, but to positively thrive and find your true power and potential. The issues around HRT are fully discussed, allowing you to make informed choices, and extensive suggestions are given for natural treatments and approaches – including homeopathy, vitamins and supplements, herbs, flower essences, diet and exercise. This book will provide you with all the information you need to make your menopause amazing!
