Steampunk Visions is the steampunk strand of the Telos Moonrise digital fiction imprint.

What we want…
We are looking for exciting, action-packed novels and novellas that show original characters and convincing inventions and gadgets in a steampunk setting. As with all submissions: strong plots, believable characters and good writing will be essential. Story ideas can be cross-genre but must have a strong steampunk setting, which may be in the Victorian period but can be in an alternative future world. Think out of the box … don’t give us what has already been done, give us something new and thrilling!

Submission requirements …
In the first instance send a one page synopsis with the first 5000 words of your manuscript as a doc, docx or rtf file by email to submissions@telos.co.uk.
Layout will be to professional standard so – single quote marks, English UK spellings and grammar. Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt. Double spaced.
This file should also contain a cover sheet with your legal name, address, telephone contact details and e-mail address in the top left hand corner. Right top corner should state whether this is a novel, novella or short story collection and the genre. Centred, halfway down the page, should be the title of your work and your preferred author name. Bottom left should show the approximate word count of your completed manuscript.
