TELOS PUBLISHING was born out of the desire of DAVID J HOWE and STEPHEN JAMES WALKER to start a publishing company to produce Doctor Who related-books.
Since the start of the new millennium, the company has grown and expanded its horizons to become a well respected, successful and multi-award-winning business, producing a wide range of genre books, both non-fiction and fiction.
