ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Axelle Carolyn has been a horror fan for as long as she can remember. Brought up on a steady diet of scary movies and Stephen King novels, she soon began contributing to several genre websites, then to Fangoria, SFX, L’Ecran Fantastique and The Dark Side, for whom she conducted hundreds of interviews and covered dozens of festivals and film shoots. She wrote a monthly column on horror movies on the entertainment website IGN.com, and also started writing fiction. Axelle is an actress too, and her credits include Universal Pictures’ Doomsday and Celador’s The Descent 2. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, writer/director Neil Marshall.
