Some copies went off today to subscribers and pre-orders and the bulk of the rest of the orders for shops and individuals will be processed over this coming weekend and then be despatched on Tuesday 3 May.
Hardback editions of THE HANDBOOK and ECHOES should be available in about a month’s time and I’ll add a note here when we get copies in.
