Please note that the first batch of copies were sent on or around the 14th/15th Dec 2nd Class, and the second batch was sent on or around the 21st/22nd Dec 1st Class. We are right in the middle of the Christmas break as well. The Post Office will not allow us to report something as ‘missing’ until 10 working days have passed since posting, and we cannot track something with them until it has actually been delivered (which seems strange, but we don’t make the rules here!)
So please can customers wait until around mid-January before querying non-arrival of copies. Hopefully then we can track them, and report them to the Post Office as necessary.
