As usual we here at Telos Towers will be endeavouring to get books out to customers in time for Christmas, but we are at the mercy of:
a) The Royal Mail Strikes
b) Amazon’s expected delivery times for Print on Demand titles
The Royal Mail strikes in the UK for December 2022 are as follows:
Friday 9 December
Sunday 11 December
Wednesday 14 December
Thursday 15 December
Friday 23 December
Saturday 24 December

We will continue to mail books we have in stock out, but delivery may be impacted by these strike days.
With regards to the POD titles, the current (as of 2 Dec) delivery estimation from Amazon is 22 December for the UK. This means that from next week (5th December) Amazon will not guarantee to deliver any POD titles in time for Christmas in the UK. Other countries have differing estimates, and these all change all the time …
It may therefore be cheaper and quicker (if you have AMAZON PRIME) to order the titles from Amazon directly – PRIME gives you a next-day service which is not offered to us as a POD Publisher with them.
We’ll update here if this position changes at all as the month progresses.
